系统性规范化护理在肿瘤患者静脉化疗中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of systematic standardized nursing for cancer patients with intravenous chemotherapy.Methods A total of 168 cancer patients undergoing intravenous chemotherapy were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 84 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine nursing care and the systematic standardized nursing intervention was applied in the observation group. The EORTC QLQ-C30 scale was used to assess the quality of life before and after nursing intervention. The incidence of complications, nursing efficacy and satisfaction degree of patients to nursing service were compared between two groups.Results The EORTC QLQ-C30 score in functional domain was higher in the observation group than that of controls, with a significant difference(P<0.01). the incidence of vomit, diarrhea, fatigue and infection was lower in the observation group than that of controls, with a significant difference(P<0.01). The nursing efficacy rate and nursing satisfaction rate was higher in the observation group than that of controls, with a significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion The application effect of systematic standardized nursing can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with cancer chemotherapy.
