肠内营养干预对ICU危重患者营养状况的影响
[摘要] Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of enteral nutrition on nutritional status of critically ill patients in ICU. Methods 〓Totally 74 ICU patients were assigned to the observation group and the control group. In the control group, 37 patients received parenteral nutrition and corresponding nursing measures. In the observation group, 37 patients received enteral nutrition and corresponding nursing measures. The nutritional status of patients at 1 week after intervention was evaluated and compared between two groups. Results 〓Patients in the observation group had higher level of total serum protein and serum albumin compare compared with those in the control group([67.27±3.04]g/L vs. [61.21±2.89] g/L, [39.14±3.03] g/L vs. [33.47±2.90]g/L, P<0.05). Conclusion 〓The enteral nutrition support is potentially effective to improve the nutritional status of critically ill patients in ICU.
