中药热奄包治疗绿激光前列腺汽化术后便秘的疗效观察

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)Reyanbao in treatment of constipation after greenlight photoselective vaporization of prostate(PVP). Methods 〓Totally 60 patients with constipation after greenlight PVP were assigned to the observation group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine care on daily diet, and TCM Reyanbao as an adjuvant therapy was performed in the observation group. Results 〓The overall effective rate of intervention in constipation was 90.00% in the observation group and was 63.30% in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓TCM Reyanbao is an effective and safety treatment for constipation after greenlight PVP.
