改良埋线法在会阴裂伤缝合中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the application of embedded suture with absorbable suture for the perineal laceration. Methods 〓Totally 200 puerperant women with perineal laceration after vaginal delivery were assigned to the observation group(n=100)and the control group(n=100). The intradermal continuous suture with absorbable suture was adopted for perineal laceration in the control group, and the modified buried suture was performed in the observation group. The pain degree at 24 hours after delivery and healing conditions were evaluated and compared between two groups. Results 〓Puerperant women in the observation group had a lower pain degree at 24 hours after delivery and better healing conditions in perineal incision compared with those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓The modified buried suture with absorbable materials is an safety and effective suture for perineal laceration in puerperant women after vaginal delivery.
