背俞指针护理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To evaluate the finger acupuncture on back-shu points in Patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)at stable stage. Methods 〓Totally 108 patients with COPD at stable stage were randomly divided into observation group(n=54)and control group(n=54), 6 cases were lost to follow-up and 102 cases(50 cases in observation group and 52 cases in the control group)were analyzed eventually. The routine nursing care was performed in both two groups, while the observation group was conducted with finger acupuncture on back-shu points. The lung function before and after the trial of the two groups were assessed, and COPD Assessment Test(CAT)scale score and the number of acute exacerbations before and after the trial of the two groups were recorded. Results 〓The lung function of two group were improved after intervention, while FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in the observation group was better improved than those in the control group(P<0. 05 or P<0.01). The CAT score was decreased in both two groups after intervention, and the effect of the observation group(CAT scale score ［8.22±2.03］)was better than that of control group(CAT scale score［22.19±2.96］), with statistically significance(P<0.05); The number of acute exacerbations of the observation group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓The finger acupuncture on back-shu points can effectively improve the COPD patients’ lung function and the quality function, and reduce the occurence of acute exacerbations.
