儿童弱视治疗的综合护理干预

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To summarize the Comprehensive nursing measures for children whit amblyopia.Methods To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 135 cases of amblyopia in children(237 eyes). All children received comprehensive nursing interventions on examination of visual acuity, medication, matching glasses, eyesight exercise, health education, psychological care, and so on.Results After over three years of follow-up, 106 eyes were cured basically, 91 cases were remarkable improved, with a overall effective rate of 83.12%.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention is potentially effective to improve the treatment compliance and ensure the treatment effect of amblyopia in children.
