中药汽疗联合窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗寻常型银屑病护理体会

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Chinese medicine steam combined with narrow band ultraviolet B(NB-UVB)in treatment of psoriasis vulgaris and to summarize related nursing measures.Methods A total of 50 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were included and treated with Chinese medicine steam combined with NB-UVB. The targeted nursing interventions on health education and skin care were carried out. To evaluate the treatment efficacy at 8weeks after treatment and to observe the adverse reactions.Results The overall efficacy rate was 92%(46/50). Two patients with symptoms of dysphoria and thoracic discomfort were recovered by modified steam treatment.Conclusion Chinese medicine steam combined with NB-UVB is effective to improve the clinical efficacy in treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Targeted nursing interventions are required to reduce the risk of adverse reaction and improve the prognosis.
