综合康复护理干预对老年急性脑卒中患者康复的影响

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on rehabilitation of elderly patients with acute stroke.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with acute stroke were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 40 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine treatment and nursing care, and the comprehensive nursing interventions were carried out in the observation groups. The Barthel index(BI), Fugl-Meyer motor function score(FMA)and the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)were used to assess the activity of daily life ability, motor function and psychological state of patients respectively. The satisfaction of patients to nursing service was evaluated after three months follow-up.Results There was an increase of BI and a decrease of FMA and HAMD in both of two groups after treatment, and patients in the observation group achieved a better improvement in BI, FMA and HAMD assessment compared with those in the control group(P<0.01). The nursing satisfaction rate was higher in the observation group than that of control group, with a significant group(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of comprehensive nursing intervention can promote the rehabilitation of activity of daily living and motor function in elderly patients with acute, and to improve the psychological state.
