慢性肺源性心脏病患者静脉留置针不同夹闭部位对留置时间的影响

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore the influence of the distance between clamp and neilsbed on the retention time of venous indwelling needle in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease Methods 〓Totally 60 hospitalized patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease were selected. For the first time, all the patients accepted indwelling needle puncturing at the left upper limb, and the distance between clamp and neilsbed was 15 mm. For the second time, patients accepted indwelling needle puncturing at the right upper limb in parallel with the left upper limb, the distance between clamp and neilsbed was 5 mm. Results 〓The retention time of indwelling needles with the 5 mm distance between clamp and neilsbed was longer than those with 15 mm distance(P<0.05). Less patients were observed with extravasation or catheter blockage at the second time compared with those at the first time of catheterization. Conclusion 〓Application of indwelling needle puncture with a 5 mm distance between clamp and neilsbed may received a longer retention time and lower risk of extravasation or catheter blockage.
