RICU呼吸衰竭老年患者真实体验的质性研究

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To carry out the interviwe on elderly patients with respiratory failure in respiratory intensive care unit(RICU), and to provide certain scientific basis for the holistic nursing care. Methods   By using the phenomenological method of qualitative research, the interview was conducted to 8 elderly patients with respiratory failure in RICU. The interview content was recorded and analyzed. Results   The Colaizzi analysis program was employed and the subjective feeling of patients mainly included several aspects as following: unfamiliar environment, physical suffering, sleep disorders, communication disorders, looking forward to family visits, psychological support from medical staff and negative mentality. Conclusion  Patients' confidence to conquer the disease, medical personnel encouragement and family care and expectation are important issues to promote the rehabilitation the disease.
