疼痛教育对结肠癌术后患者疼痛控制的干预效果
[摘要] Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of education on pain control for patients undergoing surgical treatment for colon cancer. Methods 〓Totally 70 colon cancer patients undergoing elective surgery were randomly divided into control group and study group, with each 35 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine care, and the study group was given give additional health education on pain control. The knowledge of patients on postoperative pain was assessed. The degree of postoperative pain between day 1 and day 4 after operation was evaluated by using visual analog scale(VAS)and the satisfaction degree on pain control was evaluated by self-made questionnaire. Results 〓Patients in the study group had a higher knowledge level of pain control compared with those in the control after intervention(P<0.05). The VAS score in the study group was lower than that of controls at 2 days and 4 days after operation(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓Health education on pain can promote the knowledge level of colon cancer patients, and to reduce the postoperative pain degree.
