体外冲击波治疗白血病骨髓移植术后股骨头坏死的护理体会

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To summarize the Nursing measures in extracorporeal shock wave(ESW)treatment for osteonecrosis of the femoral head in patients receiving bone marrow transplantation for leukemia. Methods 〓This study included 10 cases of patients with osteonecrosis of the femoral head after undergoing bone marrow transplantation for leukemia. The comprehensive nursing interventions focused on preoperative psychological status, daily living, functional exercise, pain control, health education and postoperative rehabilitation exercise. Results 〓Patients reported a decrease in pain and swelling at injured leg, and improvement in quality of life during follow-up after discharge. Conclusion 〓In ESW treatment for osteonecrosis of the femoral head after bone marrow transplantation for leukemia, comprehensive nursing interventions and enhanced health education are required to improve the quality of life in patients.
