某地级市二级医院144名护士临床工作能力现况调研

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To understand the clinical competence of nurses in secondary hospitals in a certain area, and to evaluate the training system as well as providing evidence for the practice of scientific management.Methods Investigation on clinical competence of nurses were performed in 17 secondary hospitals in Taizhou area. The clinical competence of nurses in different hospital, different post and academic level were analyzed and compared.Results The investigation illustrated that nurses were qualified for the post of their own specific nursing area. The clinical competence was positively correlated with the working age academic level(P<0.05).Conclusion It is required to apply reality ability assessment to understand clinical competence and training defects of clinical, to carry out scientific and leveled training mode, in order to improve the clinical competence of nurses.
