迷你临床演练评量在护理实习生护理查房中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of mini clinical exercise assessment(Mini-CEX)in teaching and practice of nursing ward rounds in nursing interns. Methods 〓Totally 100 nursing interns were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group, with 50 nursing interns in each group. In the control group, the traditional nursing ward rounds model was adopted, and the intervention group was given the nursing ward rounds model based on Mini-CEX. Results 〓The score of assessment on interview, physical examination, medical skills, health education, clinical judgment, organizational effectiveness, humanistic care were higher in the intervention group than those in the control group(P<0.05). Nursing interns of the intervention group achieved a higher score in application ability, communication ability, health education ability, skills, learning ability, professional the attitude compared with those of controls(P<0.05). The score of satisfaction on teaching methods was higher in the intervention group than that in the control group(93.2±3.1 vs. 85.7±4.8, P<0.05). Conclusion 〓The nursing ward rounds based on Mini-CEX can improve the clinical comprehensive ability and clinical teaching quality of nursing interns during their internship.
