手术室护士岗位胜任力的评估研究

[摘要] Abstract：A grey correlation analysis method was proposed to study on evaluation of post competency for theatre nurses. In this study, the correlation degree was obtained by calculating the gray correlation coefficient matrix. An example with 10 theatre nurses was also given in this paper, which provided a way to quantitatively study the competency of theatre nurse.
