临床护理路径在小儿鞘膜积液手术中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the application value of clinical nursing pathway for hydrocele in children receiving surgical treatment.Methods A total of 50 children with hydrocele were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 25 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care during treatment, while the observation group was given clinical nursing pathway. The nursing outcomes were observed and compared between two groups.Results Patients in the observation group had shorter length of stay, treatment cost compared with those in the control group(P<0.05). The parents of children in the observation group were more satisfied with nursing service than those of children in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of clinical nursing pathway can regulate the medical service and improve the postoperative rehabilitation of children with hydrocele.
