舒适护理在老年慢性心力衰竭患者中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To evaluate the comfort nursing interventions for elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with chronic heart failure were assigned to the control group(n=30)and the observation group(n=30)according to admission date. Both two groups received comprehensive treatment and routine care, and the comfort nursing interventions were carried out in the observation group. The cardiac function improvement was evaluated. The self-rating anxiety scales(SAS), self-rating depression scale(SDS)and treatment compliance were compared between two groups.Results There was no significant difference in cardiac function improvement effect between two groups(P>0.05). After nursing intervention, patients of the observation group had lower score in SAS and SDS and higher treatment compliance compared with those of controls(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Comfort nursing intervention is potentially effective to relieve the negative emotion and improve the treatment compliance in elderly patients with chronic heart failure.
