集束化管理缓解白血病化疗患者恶心呕吐的效果观察

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of cluster nursing management on chemotherapy induced nausea and vomiting in patients with acute leukemia.Methods Totally 70 cases of patients with acute leukemia who were diagnosed with acute leukemia from September 2015 to September 2016 were selected by convenience sampling method. According to the admission sequence, 36 patients were set as control group from September 2015 to March 2016, receiving routine nursing care. Another 34 patients were set as study group from April 2016 to September 2016, receiving cluster nursing management. The condition of chemotherapy induced nausea and vomiting were observed and compared between two groups.Results The incidence of nausea and vomiting were higher in the control group than those in the study group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). Patients in the study group had less severity of nausea and vomiting compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The cluster management can help to reduce the incidence and degree of chemotherapy induced nausea and vomiting in patients with acute leukemia.
