综合护理干预在颈椎病火罐联合牵引治疗中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To evaluate the comprehensive nursing in cupping therapy combined with traction for cervical spondylosis.Methods A total of 102 patients with cervical spondylosis were assigned to the intervention group and the control group, with 51 cases in each group. Both two groups received cupping therapy combined with traction and routine nursing care, and the comprehensive nursing intervention was provided in the intervention group. The clinical efficacy and quality of life were evaluated and compared between two groups.Results The overall effective rate was 98.04%(50/51)in the intervention group and was 90.20%(46/51)in the control group, but with no significant difference(P>0.05. Patients in the intervention group achieved higher score in assessment of physiological function, body pain, social function and mental health compared with those in the control group after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing is potentially effective to improve the clinical efficacy and quality of life in cervical spondylosis patients receiving cupping therapy combined traction treatment.
