尿路造口患者社会功能康复的影响因素调查

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the potential factors influencing the social function rehabilitation of patients with urostomy, and to provide corresponding intervention measures. Methods 〓The social disability screening scale and social support rating scale questionnaire survey was conducted on 24 cases of colostomy patients. Results 〓The insufficient knowledge on nutrition and weight management, family support, social acceptance, effective way of asking for help, psychological factors, economic factors were main factors affecting the rehabilitation of social function. Conclusion 〓Patients should adapt to current situation of disease with the help of appropriate intervention measures, and to achieve a better rehabilitation of social function.
