人文关怀护理对精神分裂症患者康复的影响

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effects of humanity nursing care on rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia. Methods 〓Totally 106 patients with schizophrenia were assigned to the observation group and the control group, with 53 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine care, and patients in the observation group were given the humanity nursing interventions. The insight, treatment attitude and treatment compliance of patients were assessed. Results 〓There were 7 cases lost to follow-up, and 50 case in observation group and 49 cases in the control group were included for the further analysis. The Insight And Treatment Attitude Questionnaire(ITAQ)score was increased in both two groups at discharge, and was higher in the observation group than that of controls(P<0.05). Patients in the observation group had a higher compliance to treatment compared with those in the control group at discharge(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓Humanity nursing care can improve the insight and treatment attitude of patients with schizophrenia.
