银离子抗菌敷料在儿科烧伤中的应用现状

[摘要] Abstract：Application of silver-coated antimicrobial dressings can accelerate the healing of wound and prevent the wound discharge impregnated. It is wildly use in treatment of wound surface induced by varicose vein of lower limb, skin ulcer, diabetic foot, and so on. This paper mainly review the mechanism and application of nano-silver coated, hydrophilic fibred foam containing silver, foaming silver-coated, silver sulfadiazine-impregnated hydrocolloid dressing and alginate silver-coated antimicrobial dressings in pediatric burns.
