循证护理在神经外科重症患者气管切开术后呼吸道护理中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of evidence-based nursing in airway nursing for severe patients undergoing tracheotomy in neurosurgery department.Methods A total of 60 critically ill patients undergoing tracheotomy were divided into the study group(n=30)and control group(n=30)according to different nursing methods. The control group received routine nursing care and the study group received evidence-based nursing interventions. The complications and levels of partial pressure of carbon dioxide, partial pressure of oxygen and base excess after nursing intervention were compared between two groups. Self-made questionnaire was used to assess the satisfaction degree of patients to nursing service.Results The complication rate was 6.67%(2/30)in the study group and was 23.33%(7/30)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). Patients in the study group had higher level of partial pressure of carbon dioxide and partial pressure of oxygen, lower of base excess compared with those in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05). the nursing satisfaction rate was 96.67%(29/30)in the study group and was 80.00%(24/30)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of evidence-based nursing can improve the airway conditions and reduce the risk of complications in severe patients undergoing tracheotomy.
