实习护生《医疗事故处理条例》认知状况调查

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the cognition of medical negligence regulations in internship nursing students, and to provide evidence for hospital based nursing management and education. Methods 〓By using self-made questionnaires, an investigation was conducted to find out the cognition, knowledge control and learning needs of medical negligence regulations among 120 internship nursing students from a certain Hospital in Xi’an. Results 〓In terms of cognition, 60.00%(72/120)of nursing students were aware of their legal status, 75.00%(90/120)of them believed an independent right to nurse patients. In terms of knowledge control, 43.33%(52/120)of students were not familiar with the classification of medical negligence, 40.00%(48/120)of them did not known the time to write up the nursing records. In terms of learning needs, 50.00%(60/120)of students learned the medical negligence regulations though media publicity, only 39.17%(47/120)of them acquired knowledge through classroom learning, 29.17%(35/120)of them received education at hospital, 90.83%(109/120)of them hoped to access education on medical negligence regulations which is provided by school and hospital. Conclusions 〓Internship nursing students in this study are lack of cognition of medical negligence regulations. It is suggested to perform a combination way by school and hospital, so as to strengthen practice learning of medical negligence regulations in internship nursing students.
