家庭跟进式健康教育对心力衰竭患者压疮预防效果及情感状况的影响

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of family-based follow-up health education on preventing pressure sores and emotional status in patient with heart failure.Methods A total of 86 patients with heart failure were assigned to the study group and the control group, with 43 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine nursing care and the family-based follow-up health education was carried out in the study group. The incidence of pressure ulcers was observed at two months after discharge. The anxiety and depression status of the two groups were evaluated before and at two weeks after intervention.Results The incidence of pressure ulcers was 14.0%(6/43)in the study group and was 41.9%(18/43)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). The score of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were decreased in both two groups after intervention, and were lower in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of family-based follow-up health education model is potentially effective to reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers and alleviate the anxiety and depression status.
