艾灸配合雾化吸入疗法减轻声带息肉术后咽部疼痛的作用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of moxibustion combined with nebulized inhalation treatment in relieving the pain at pharynx after vocal polyp operation. Methods   Totally 60 patients with pain at pharynx after vocal polyp operation were assigned to the control group, nebulized inhalation(NI)group and he moxibustion combined with nebulized inhalation(MNI)group, with 20 cases in each group. Patients in three groups were given antibiotics via intravenous drip. Patients in the NI group received nebulized inhalation treatment and those in the MNI group received moxibustion combined with nebulized inhalation treatment additionally. The pain degree at pharynx after vocal polyp operation was assessed by using numeric rating scale(NRS). Results  There was a significant difference in NRS between NI group and the control group at 6 hrs after intervention(P<0.05). The NRS of patents in the MNI group was lower than that of controls(P<0.01)and those in the NI group(P<0.05)at 6, 12, 24, 48 h after intervention. Conclusion  Application of moxibustion combined with nebulized inhalation treatment shows a long-term effective relieving the pain degree at pharynx after vocal polyp operation.
