优质护理预防静脉输液所致静脉炎的效果

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of high quality nursing on prevention of phlebitis caused by continuous intravenous infusion.Methods A total of 160 patients undergoing continuous intravenous infusion were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 80 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care during intravenous infusion, and the observation group was applied with high quality nursing intervention. The knowledge level of phlebitis prevention was evaluated by self-made questionnaires. The incidence of phlebitis and satisfaction degree of patients were observed and compared between two groups.Results The score in assessment of prevention knowledge was(26.5±4.2)in the observation group and was(18.3±4.3)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). the incidence of phlebitis in the observation group was 7.5%(6/80), which was higher than 20.0%(16/80)in the control group(P<0.05). Patients in the observation group scored higher in health education, nursing skills, nursing results and service attitude compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing is potentially effective to reduce the risk of phlebitis caused by continuous intravenous infusion.
