供精体外受精-胚胎移植术后随访难点及对策

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore the difficulties in follow-up of patients undergoing in-vitro fertilization and embryo transfer with donor semen(IVF-D), and to provide related countermeasures. Methods 〓The patients undergoing IVF-D(totally 477 cycles of egg retrieval)were followed up by means of telephone, text messages, further consultation and so on. Results 〓The follow-up rate of patients in this study was 100%, in which biochemical pregnancy, clinical pregnancy and non-pregnancy respectively accounted for 4.4%(16/360), 69.0%(248/360)and 26.7%(96/360). There were 143 single live births, 76 live twins and 1 dead birth. And 146 boys and 149 girls delivered were all healthy, without any malformation occurred. Conclusion 〓The follow-up visit plays an important role in the whole assisted reproductive technology. Implementation of postoperative follow-up management to the patients undergoing IVF-D can obtain real and accurate follow-up data so as to guarantee healthy offspring.
