气管插管全身麻醉患者体验的质性研究

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore the real psychological experience of patients undergoing endotracheal intubation with general anesthesia, to analyze individual cognitive behavior according to individual differences, and to provide theoretical basis for humanistic psychological intervention and psychological education. Methods 〓 Based on the phenomenological study of qualitative research, the study included 10 cases of patients undergoing tracheal intubation under general anesthesia from a hospital. Subsequently, the voice of the interview was arranged into a text, and then collated and analyzed according to the text, the commonness in the individual were summarized eventually to conclude the common theme. Results The results of qualitative interviews could be divided into 5 themes: anxiety and fear, foreign body sensation of the throat, nausea and vomiting, pain, and somnolence. Conclusion 〓In view of this research topic, corresponding measures should be adopted, including the perfection of visiting system and improvement of communication ability, full assessment of patients and reasonable selection of catheters, enhancement of knowledge reservation and correct usage of drugs, as well as strengthen of psychological nursing and enrichment of intervention mechanism.
