优势聚力护理模式在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To evaluate the application of cohesion nursing model in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods 〓Totally 47 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were enrolled as the control group before implementation of cohesion nursing model(between January, 2015 and June, 2015), another 47 patients were selected as the observation group between July, 2015 and December, 2015. Both two groups received conventional treatment and nursing care for blood glucose control, and the cohesion nursing model was applied in the observation. The disease awareness and the treatment compliance of patients were evaluated, and the intervention effect on blood glucose control was compared between two groups. Results 〓Patients in the observation group had a higher disease awareness and the treatment compliance compared with those in the control group after intervention(P<0.05). There was a significant difference in FBG,2h PBG and HbA1c between two groups after intervention. Conclusion 〓Application of cohesion nursing intervention may improve the awareness on blood glucose control in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus.
