延续护理对非小细胞肺癌患者化疗间歇期不良反应的影响

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the influence of continuous nursing interventions on adverse reaction in patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)during intermission of chemotherapy. Methods   Totally 180 NSCLC patients were assigned to the observation group(n=82)and the control group(n=98). Patients of two groups received routing education before discharge, and those in the observation group were given continuous nursing interventions during intermission of chemotherapy. The adverse reactions after chemotherapy such as nausea, vomiting, leukopenia, and so forth were observed. Results   The incidence of adverse reaction was lower in the observation group than that of controls(P<0.01). Conclusion Continuous nursing intervention is potentially effective to reduce the risk of adverse reaction caused by chemotherapy during intermission of treatment, and to improve the self-care ability of patients.
