基于维护网的延续性护理在肿瘤患者PICC置管维护中的作用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the application value of continuous nursing based on maintenancenetwork for cancer patients withperipherally inserted central catheter(PICC). Methods Totally 75 cancer patients with PICC were selected as the control group between May, 2016 and December, 2016. Another 80 patients were enrolled as the study group betweenJanuary, 2017 and May, 2017. The PICC maintenance of patients was carried out in townshiphospital. Patients in the study group received continuous nursing based on PICC maintenancenetwork. The incidence of catheter-related complication, unplanned extubation and satisfaction degree to PICC maintenance were observed and compared between two groups. Results The incidence of catheter-related complication and unplanned extubation was 3.75%(3/80)and 1.25%(1/80)in the study group, and was 22.67%(17/75)and 8.00%(6/75)in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05). Patients in the study group were more satisfied with PICC maintenance compared with those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Continuous nursing based on PICC maintenancenetwork can effectively reduce the risk of catheter-related complication and unplanned extubation in cancer patients with PICC.
