改良SBAR沟通模式在重症肝病患者交接班管理中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of modified SBAR communication mode in nursing handover management of patients with severe hepatopathy. Methods  A total of 55 patients with severe hepatopathy were assigned to the control group(n=25)and observation group(n=30). The regular nursing handover management and modified SBAR communication-based nursing handover management was carried out in the control group and observation group, respectively. Results Patients in the observation group were more satisfied with content, rules, theme, measures, problem-solving and comfortable sensation in nursing handover compared with those in the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). The averaged time-consuming was shorter in the observation group than that of controls(P<0.01). Conclusion  Modified SBAR communication mode is an effective tool to improve the quality of nursing handover management for patients with severe hepatopathy.
