优化转运流程在微创胸外科手术患者术后转运中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To evaluate the optimization of postoperative transport procedure for patients undergoing minimally invasive thoracic surgery. Methods  Totally 100 patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery were divided into the control group(n=50)and the study group(n=50). In the control group, the traditional method of postoperative transport was adopted. In the study group, patients were transferred to ICU based on an optimized postoperative transport procedure. Nursing-related adverse event was recorded during postoperative transport. Results  The incidence of adverse events was 2.0%(1/50)in the study group and was 18.0%(9/50)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion  Optimization of procedure could reduce the occurrence of adverse events and ensure the safety of patients during postoperative transport.
