专项护理在减少耐药肺结核患者随地吐痰中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of specific nursing interventions in behavior change of spitting in patients with multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods Specific nursing interventions were carried out for 47 cases of patients with multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis. The knowledge level of pulmonary tuberculosis, preventive awareness of pulmonary tuberculosis and treatment compliance were compared before and after treatment.Results Patients hand a higher knowledge level, preventive awareness and treatment compliance to pulmonary tuberculosis after intervention(P<0.01). The proportion of patient who spitted in spittoon was higher and proportion of patient who spitted on the floor was lower after intervention than those before intervention(P<0.01).Conclusion Specific nursing interventions can improve preventive awareness and treatment compliance to pulmonary tuberculosis, and to change their spitting behavior.
