脑卒中后经口进食困难危险因素分析
[摘要] Abstract:Objective To investigate the current status and risk factors of eating difficulty in patients with stroke. Methods 〓A descriptive study was designed to investigate 385 patients with stroke in 6 hospitals in Shanghai. Patients were investigated using research tools including self-made demographic information questionnaire and the Chinese version of minimal eating observation form-Ⅱ(CH-MEOF-Ⅱ). Results 〓There were 226 cases with more than one type of eating difficulty, accounting for 69.1% of totally participants. The common types of eating difficulty were ingestion disorder, deglutition disorder and loss of appetite, accounting for 54.4%、31.4% and 41.8%, respectively. Multiple-factor analysis indicated that NIHSS score was the main factors related to eating difficulty after stroke(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓Most stroke patients have at least one type of eating difficulty. Targeted nursing interventions should be provided to prevent the malnutrition.
