优化急诊流程在急性心肌梗死患者救治中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To discuss the application of optimized emergency process in rescue and nursing care of acute myocardial infarction(AMI)patients.Methods Totally 26 AMI patients receiving routine emergency care were included as the control group between December 2015 and March, 2016. Another 26 AMI patients receiving nursing care based on optimized emergency process were selected as the observation group between April, 2016 and August, 2016. The time-consuming in emergency treatment were observed and compared between two groups.Results Patients in the observation group cost less time in electrocardiographic examination, triage and evaluation, intravenous medication and overall first-aid period compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Optimized emergency process can ensure the first aid efficacy and safety in emergency transport for AMI patients.
