中医辨证施护在腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of nursing based on syndrome differentiation for patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods A Total of 124 patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 62 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine nursing care during treatment, and the nursing intervention based on syndrome differentiation was carried out in the observation group. The clinical efficacy, quality of life and satisfaction degree to nursing service were compared between two groups.Results The overall effective rate was 98.39%(61/62)in the observation group and 82.26%(51/62)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.01). the score of Kolcaba general comfort questionnaire was increased in both of two groups after intervention, and was higher in the observation than that of controls(P<0.01). The nursing satisfaction rate was 93.55%(58/62)in the observation group and was 72.58%(45/62)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion Application of nursing based on syndrome differentiation can improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc.
