雷火灸治疗产后尿潴留的效果观察和护理

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of Thunder-Fire moxibustion in treatment of postpartum urinary retention and to summarize the related nursing measures.Methods A total of women with postpartum urinary retention were randomly divided into the observation group(n=32)and the control group(n=30). Both two groups received routine nursing care and induced urination intervention, and the Thunder-Fire moxibustion was carried out in the observation group. the clinical effect was evaluated and compared between two groups.Results The overall effective rate was 96.9%(31/32)in the observation group and was 80.0%(24/30)in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓Thunder-Fire moxibustion is potentially effective in treatment of postpartum urinary retention. It is required to take intervention on mental state and micturition behavior.
