心理干预对宫颈癌患者放疗期间生活质量的影响

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the psychological intervention on quality of life in cervical cancer patients during radiotherapy treatment.Methods A total of 120 cervical cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy treatment were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group, with 60 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine nursing during radiotherapy treatment, and the psychological intervention was carried out in the intervention group additionally. The quality of life was evaluated before and after intervention.Results The The Karnofsky performance status scale(KPS)was increased in both two groups after intervention, and was higher in the intervention group than that of controls, with a significant different(P<0.01).Conclusion Psychological intervention can effectively improve the quality of life in cervical cancer patients during radiotherapy treatment.
