BD留置针与威高留置针临床应用比较

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To compare the clinical application between BD safety closed intravenous indwelling needle and Weigao intravenous catheter indwelling needle for single use. Methods To calculate the times of infusion treatment between March, 2016 and November, 2016, and to compared the application outcome between two kinds of indwelling needle, including indwelling time, comfort level of patient, operation difficulty and clinical safety. Results  Weigao indwelling needle had a better application value compared with BD indwelling needle in terms of issues from nurses and patients. Conclusion  The use of indwelling needle may affected by factors from nurse, patient, infusion drug and others. Each Indwelling needle has its advantages and disadvantages, which should be chose in a consideration of clinical practice.
