基于多层面Rasch模型的护理操作考核评分质量监控

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To measure the raters’ rating quality in clinical nursing operation exams. Methods 〓Totally 5 head nurses serving as raters rated the performance of 14 pediatric nurses in clinical nursing operation exams. The Many-facet Rasch model analysis by suing software FACETS was applied for the analysis of rating results. Results 〓There existed good distribution power in the rating results of the 5 raters. Although there was, among the 5 raters, difference in terms of raters’ severity but good internal consistency. Conclusion 〓Many-facet Rasch model is a very effective tool for monitoring rating quality of nursing operation exams.
