初次使用胰岛素的2型糖尿病患者发生低血糖的自身因素分析

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To analyze the influence of self factors on hypoglycemia in type 2 diabetes mellitus patient with first-time insulin use.Methods A total of 62 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected, and all patients were given insulin for the first time. There were 24 patients with hypoglycemia(hypoglycemia group)and 38 patients without hypoglycemia(non-hypoglycemia group). The difference of self factors between two groups was analyzed.Results There was a significant difference in body mass index(BMI), albumin(Alb), serum creatinine(Scr), urine protein quantitation in 24 h, HbAlc and other factors between hypoglycemia and hypoglycemia, glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c), hepatic triglyceride(TG), fasting C peptide between two groups(P<0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that BMI and HbA1c were main protective factors of hypoglycemia(P<0.01). The level of Scr and urine protein quantitation in 24 h were main risk factors of hypoglycemia(P<0.01).Conclusion BMI and HbA1c are two main factors influencing the hypoglycemia in type 2 diabetes mellitus patient with first-time insulin use.
