中西医结合治疗布鲁氏菌病关节炎的临床疗效及护理

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of brucellar arthritis and to summarize related nursing management. Methods 〓Totally 131 patients with brucellar arthritis were given combination treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine. Nursing interventions on mental health, medication and health education carried out during treatment. To evaluate the clinical effect at 14 days after treatment. Results 〓There was an improvement in white blood cell count(WBC), neutrophil count(NE), peripheral blood lymphocyte(PBL), C-reactive protein, serum calcium, serum phosphate, total bilirubin(TBIL), indirect bilirubin(IBIL), alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and retinol binding protein(RBP)at 14 days after treatment compared with those before treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓Combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine is effective in treatment of brucellar arthritis. A comprehensive nursing intervention on mental health, medication and health education for patients is also required.
