精细化护理模式在预防老年痴呆患者外周静脉留置针非计划性拔管中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of meticulous nursing model in preventing of unplanned extubation in elderly dementia patients with peripheral vein catheter. Methods  Totally 60 elderly dementia patients with peripheral vein catheter were selected as control group between January 2015 and January 2016, another 60 patients were included as the study group between March 2016 and March 2017. Both two groups were treated with standardized nursing care, and the study group was implemented with meticulous nursing intervention. The indwelling time of catheter and incidence of unplanned extubation were observed and compared between two groups. Results  Patients in the study group had a lower incidence of unplanned extubation and longer indwelling time compared with those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion  Meticulous nursing model can effectively reduce unplanned extubation rate and prolong the indwelling time of peripheral vein catheter.
