口腔局部麻醉手术中的风险因素及护理体会

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To analyze the potential risk factors in operation of oral local anesthesia and related nursing measures.Methods To retrospectively collected the clinical data of 50 cases of oral surgery under local anesthesia between January 2015 and December 2015. Nursing measures were summarized based on analysis of potential risk factors in operation.Results Potential risk factors mainly included environmental factors, psychological factors of patients, medical staff factors and management factors. Efforts were made on operation environment, preoperative visit, vital signs monitoring, professional quality of nurse and management system in operation room.Conclusion It is required to establish a sound surgical risk management system, and to improve the awareness of risk prevention in medical personnel.
