中医护理适宜技术在中医院老年科的应用与实践

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore the application value of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing technique in elderly patients. Methods 〓The TCM nursing by syndrome differentiation was carried out based on the medical mode of cooperation. TCM nursing interventions such as, acupuncture point massage, moxibustion were provided to elderly patients with common health problems. Results 〓The widely used TCM nursing technique can effectively alleviate and treatment of elderly patients with insomnia, dizziness and constipation. The cure rate increased as the number of the treatments provided in our department gradually increased. There was a significantly improvement of syndrome nursing capacity in all nurse form geriatric department(P<0.01). Conclusion 〓TCM nursing technique shows advantage in geriatric nursing, which is worth popularizing widely.
