经鼻内镜的鼻胆管引流术的预见性护理体会

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To observe the application of preventive nursing management in endoscopic nose biliary drainage. Methods Totally 40 patients undergoing endoscopic nose biliary drainage(ENBD)were included in this study. Nursing interventions were carried out to prevent postoperative pancreatitis, hemorrhage, perforation, infection of biliary tract. Results There was 1 case of pancreatitis and 1 case of infection of biliary tract observed after operation. Conclusion It is necessary to carry out preventive nursing management for patiens after endoscopic nose biliary drainage.
