月主题-案例学习在骨关节科护理单元业务学习中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of theme-case study model in occupational study for orthopedic nursing unit.Methods The theme-case study model was carried out in occupational study for orthopedic nursing unit since the January, 2016. The orthopedics knowledge level of nurses, participation situation in activity, incidence of nursing adverse events caused by lacking of knowledge were observed before(between January, 2014 and December, 2015)and after implementation(Januray, 2016 and December, 2016)of theme-case study model. The satisfaction degree of doctors to nursing service was also evaluated.Results The score in assessment of orthopedics knowledge and the averaged time of participation per months were higher after implementation of theme-case study model than those before implementation of theme-case study model, with significant difference(P<0.05). There was no case of orthopedics knowledge-associated nursing adverse events after implementation of theme-case study model. Doctors were more satisfied with nurses in area of nursing, communication, ability to dealing incidence after implementation of theme-case study model.Conclusion Theme-case study model can effectively improve the efficacy in occupational study for orthopedic nursing unit.
