带线锚钉治疗肩锁关节重度脱位的围手术期护理

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To summarize the nursing management of solider patients undergoing coracoclavicular ligament reconstruction with suture anchor fixation for Tossy type Ⅲ acromioclavicular dislocation. Methods 〓To retrospectively collect the clinical data of 13 solider patients with severe acromioclavicular dislocation, and to summarize the nursing management during coracoclavicular ligament reconstruction with suture anchor fixation. Results 〓ALL patients received comprehensive nursing care and targeted functional training, All patients achieved a better acromioclavicular joints stability after surgical treatment and range of motion of the shoulder joint was almost recovered four weeks after surgery. Conclusion 〓For patients with Tossy type Ⅲ acromioclavicular dislocation, it is required to carry out comprehensive nursing intervention during coracoclavicular ligament reconstruction with suture anchor fixation, so as to improve the rehabilitation of joint function and ensure the treatment effect.
